The wheel sorter, also known as a roller sorter, tilt wheel sorter, or guide wheel sorter, is a package sorting solution widely used in logistics automation systems. Its primary function is to efficiently divert packages according to system instructions based on courier company, destination address, or other classification criteria.

The wheel sorter operates by dynamically adjusting the direction and angle of motorized rollers, enabling automatic package diversion. It is widely used in e-commerce, parcel, postal, manufacturing, and cold chain logistics centers. The system consists of motorized wheels, a diversion mechanism, a control system, and a structural frame. By adjusting the rolelr angles via servo motors, precise sorting operations are performed. It is suitable for various package types up to 50kg, can reach speeds of up to 1.5 m/s, and offers easy maintenance and seamless integration thanks to its moduler design.
